We celebrated Easter with a fabulous morning tea consisting of fruit, cupcakes, chocolate and of course, hot cross buns!
Dinner With Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Australia, H.E. Beate Grzeski
As a member of the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, we were honoured to be invited and attend a dinner with the Ambassador, H.E. Beate Grzeski, at Altitude Restaurant in Sydney.
Australia Biggest Morning Tea
On May 23rd we all came together with our best morning tea yet, whilst enjoying lots of baked goods and fundraising at the same time for the cancer council.
This was a hit! And we managed to raise over one thousand dollars which was double our goal!
We also shared some of the amazing sweets with wayside chapel who services those in need at Kings Cross.
$40,000 Donated to The Children’s Cancer Institute!
At our 2023 Melbourne Cup Charity Event, our clients and staff raised a record $40,000 for the Children’s Cancer Institute Ladies Committee.
100% of these funds was directed toward purchasing vital research
equipment at the world-leading Children’s Cancer Institute in Sydney.
Poker night
Our annual poker night was held and was a great success for our Audit manager Jordan Muddle coming first and scoring some prize money!
Once a staff member had been eliminated, we also had a connect 4 tournaments running to keep the fun going! This night was a blast.
Wellness day
We were lucky enough to get an extra-long weekend having our wellness day alongside the kings’ birthday public holiday. This day was dedicated to having time away from the office to rejuvenate, recharge and refresh – and made the King’s Birthday long weekend even longer!
UNSW Accounting Society Careers Fair
Accru Felsers supported the UNSW Accounting Society’s 2024 Careers Fair, the Society’s largest networking event of the year. The firm’s participation not only provided valuable insights and networking opportunities for the students, but also helped bridge the gap between university life and the professional world. It is always a pleasure to support the university societies and the next generation of accountants.
AHK Australian Gala Dinner
Accru Felsers attended the AHK Gala Dinner held at the prestigious Doltone House, Jones Bay Wharf. AHK Australian members, partners of the German-Australian business network, and government representatives enjoyed a night of celebrating and nurturing German-Australian Business.
