ACCRU FELSERS

The Retreat was a fantastic event. In the morning, we enjoyed an interactive presentation by Ross Judd (author of ‘Cultural Insanity and the Roadmap to Great Organisation Culture’). In the afternoon, we participated in a team challenge run by Be Challenged. During the session we assembled bikes that were gifted to children from a nearby school.

The theme for the 2023 Retreat Dinner was ‘Celebrate Us’.  At Accru we are proud of who we are and where we come from – our unique culture and diversity is what sets us apart.  

Winners of the team challenge:

Our Melbourne Cup charity event was a success, raising a record $40,000 for the Children’s Cancer Institute. 
The Children’s Cancer Institute is the only independent medical research institute in Australia wholly dedicated to curing childhood cancer. Cancer kills more children than any other disease, so their research is critical. 100% of funds raised by the Children’s Cancer Institute Ladies Committee (established in 1977) goes directly to purchasing research equipment for the world-leading cancer research labs in Sydney. 

A rainy night by the harbour, our office enjoyed an early Christmas Party at Squire’s Landing with views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House.

Our Christmas Picnic in the park was a huge success. The staff and their families enjoyed a beautiful afternoon in Yarranabe Park and even had a visit from a very jolly Santa!

Nicoletta Hartley and her husband, Matthew, welcomed their little bundle of joy on 6 November, 2023.

We are pleased to announce that Jean Zhang, Jake Duignan and Thomas Heenan have been admitted to Partnership. Here’s to many more years of success and leadership!

Congratulations to Jake and his lovely wife, Megan, on their wedding! The couple, their family and guests celebrated in the gorgeous Southern Highlands. Where was the honeymoon you ask? Bora Bora!
