Peachie Clean is a large-scale commercial cleaning company in Hobart, Tasmania. The business started small before forming a company and commencing larger-scale operations in 2019.

Peachie Clean now focuses solely on commercial cleaning through regular contracts. Owner, Jess Sullivan, manages a team of 40 staff members and oversees contracts, supply of cleaning products, and team training.
Since 2019, Jess has taken major steps to grow and develop the business, including:
- Developing a strong brand and presence in the Hobart market where Peachie Clean is considered an employer of choice by its team.
- Creating the ‘Peachie Clean Way’ – using coloured cloths for specific tasks and insisting on an initial deep clean for corporate clients to bring sites up to standard before maintaining them ongoing.
- Developing a thorough training and development program based on strong systems and processes to ensure growth never compromises quality.
- Introducing team members on social media and encouraging them to build strong relationships with clients. (“We love our cleaner – she always says hello when she comes in, and we say goodnight when we leave her here by herself to finish off cleaning after hours.”)
- Taking on major projects – including MyState Bank Arena (home of the Tasmanian JackJumpers NBL team), large concert events, and significant shopping centre contracts.
- During COVID-19, Peachie Clean was the first cleaning organisation in Hobart to use a sanitising mist in office spaces, helping reduce the spread of germs.
- Having fun on social media – the Peachie Clean Facebook page shares cleaning jokes, team highlights, and client feedback.
