I’ve been part of the Accru team for almost 2.5 years and stepped into the role of equity partner in July 2024. With over a decade of experience in professional services, I bring a strong focus on operational leadership and client service excellence.
My career in practice management spans more than 15 years. I joined Accru in early 2023, drawn by its collaborative culture, strong values, and the opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic team.
I’m known for my considered approach to practice operations, team leadership, and process improvement. I’m passionate about creating systems that support both staff and clients, and I thrive on helping teams deliver high-quality service. My strengths lie in business operations, people management, and driving continuous improvement across the firm.
While my role is primarily internal-facing, I work closely with our partners and client service teams to ensure we deliver a seamless experience to a wide range of clients.
A standout moment in my career was becoming a non-fee earing equity partner at Accru in July 2024. It was a recognition of the value I bring to the firm and a reflection of the trust and support I’ve received from my colleagues. It’s incredibly rewarding to help shape the future of the business and contribute to its ongoing growth.
