This seminar will look at:

- Impacts on office, industrial and retail property markets
- Economic outlook for different asset classes, including property
- What to look for when investing in property
- Tax implications of investing in property eg CGT, negative gearing and proposed Labor party changes.

His expertise includes all aspects of investment management from identifying and sourcing property assets, structuring, debt financing, creation and launching of new property funds, capital raising, investor relations, stakeholder engagement and ongoing property portfolio management. Steven has 18 years experience in funds management, banking, property, accounting and consultancy.|
Sasanka Liyanage, National Research Manager, Charter Hall
|Sasanka joined Charter Hall from Jones Lang LaSalle where he was head of industrial research. At JLL, he provided advice to external clients, JLL national investment teams and authored research publications. Sasanka has previously worked in development where he participated in major projects for major institutions and private equity funds. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Masters of Property Development.|
