Rebecca - Partner
I joined the firm just over 12 years ago as a cadet. I remember at the time being attracted to the supportive culture of the firm and the accessibility of the partners. With the continued assistance provided by both the firm and the partner who mentored me, I was able to complete my undergraduate degree and a CA and was then supported in completing a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, all whilst working within the firm.
As my career has progressed, I have really valued the fact that there have always been opportunities to learn new things, including secondments within our New York associated firm and dealing with a diverse range of clients, both local and international.
I currently have responsibility for the Management Consulting and Business Process Outsourcing division. I work closely with the Human Resource and Marketing Managers of our local and international clients, as well as Accru’s own. As ‘staff partner’, I also enjoy supporting the development of our employees and having responsibility for the firm’s charity work and social responsibility initiatives.
