I began working at Accru Harris Orchard in 2001, in the Business Services division.  I have seen a lot of progression and development within the firm which has allowed us to attract young and enthusiastic staff.  Our firm has always supported a work-life balance, which is important too.
 
I have worked with many clients to help them grow their business and update their accounting systems and procedures.  Since becoming a Manager, I have been able to assist the younger and more inexperienced staff to develop their careers, as well as assist clients in budget forecasting, applications for finance and restructure plans.
 
More recently I have been able to assist a client in a part time stand-in CFO role, which gave me the opportunity to work closely with their management and form a strong relationship with the client.  It is these sorts of opportunities which become available from time to time working at Accru Harris Orchard.
